As a sushi restaurant, we are highly selective about our wholesalers within Toyosu Market, sourcing only first-class ingredients.
We constantly ask ourselves how to let each ingredient shine at its best, and aim to offer our guests new and memorable culinary experiences.
Our dining experience is offered as an Omakase Course at ¥22,000 (tax included)
(5 dishes, 12 pieces of sushi including rolls).
A Sake & Food Pairing Course is available at ¥33,000 (tax included).
A wide selection of additional beverages is also available.

Our first restaurant is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
We brought the true essence of Japanese sushi to Germany and refined it through a Western perspective.
Since then, we have been featured in the Michelin Guide every year.
Nurtured in Japan and tested on the global stage, we opened our Roppongi location as the culmination of that journey.
